The stories and history of the land always speak of beauty. Beauty of art. Beauty of food. Both of them naturally present within the culture of the land and thus should be presented and experienced in unison, as we have always done within the family.
Eatart is nothing but discovering the splendid reality of local art and craftsmanship, meeting the most distinguished artisans of the area, touching stone, ceramic, paper and all of the raw materials given by the land and magically combining them with all the other gifts that nature has to offer, from the lustrous green oil derived from our centuries-old olive trees to the best grapes of the territory, from seasonal produce of the land to the excellence of our Mediterranean diet.
Eatart is our own way to tell the story of this land.
